Cancelling prior to 2 weeks before pickup date will incur a 20% cancellation fee (80% of payment will be refunded). No refunds will be given to orders cancelled within two weeks of the pickup date or for cookies/cakes/cupcakes/cake balls that have already been made. Moving your pickup date to another week will be considered a cancellation, if I am already booked.
